BUYING A HOME

Ever since I can remember I have loved to shop. My father was in marketing and always insisted that we buy quality at a good price. I consider the home buying process a shopping opportunity. A home is one of the most expensive purchases you will ever make. It should be an enjoyable shopping experience as well as a sound investment. Your agent should not only be able to make this a pleasant and profitable experience, but should be willing and able to present facts and figures to you so that you can make intelligent and informed choices. A good agent should not only be able to guide you through the home buying and/or investment process but be willing to attend to the things that you don't care to while still keeping you informed. I enjoy doing this and would love to be your personal real estate shopper for a home, land or investment.

SELLING A HOME

It is important in our growing area that your home is valued properly. Often the current trends and growth patterns change area values before they are reflective in comparable market analysis. Not considering these facts can lead to overpricing or undervaluing houses and not having a clear understanding of the selling process involved in your individual home.
